What we collect
- Contact info: your name and email address.
- Report details: the company name, city, and state you ask us to research, plus any decision context you type into our form.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your email and a payment confirmation — we never see or store your card number.
We run no analytics and no ad trackers on this site. The company you look up is never notified of your search.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to compile and email you your enforcement history report, and to support you if something goes wrong. The enforcement data in your report comes from public federal records — it is not your personal information.
Who helps us process it
- Cloudflare — website hosting, encrypted file storage, and report generation.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — email delivery of your report.
- U.S. Department of Labor — OSHA enforcement database and Wage and Hour compliance data, accessed via the DOL Open Data Portal.
- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency — ECHO (Enforcement and Compliance History Online) web services.
- ntfy.sh — internal notifications to our team (reference numbers only; no personal data).
How long we keep it
- Submission records and generated reports: automatically deleted after 12 months.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your files are stored privately — there is no public access to them — and only our small team can reach them for support purposes.
What we never do
We never sell your information, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or publish it. Your searches are never disclosed to the companies you look up.
Your rights
Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted early? Email dankinvestmentsllc6@gmail.com with your reference number and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above.
